all original and intact early 20th century craftsman style exterior art glass chicago bungalow porch or entrance light executed by r. williamson & co., chicago, il. the four-sided art glass lantern consists of green slag glass panels with a centrally located red slag diamond. the zinc caming contains an old gold enameled finish. the pyramidal top is made of pressed and folded steel. the tubular stem or pole is comprised of yellow brass. the original tapered and turned spun brass ceiling "cap" or canopy remains in great condition. the art glass panels are free from cracks, breaks or replaced panels. the exterior residential pendant lantern contains a single keyless incandescent light bulb socket. measures approximately 11 x 11 x 34 inches.
