unusual antique american industrial pressed and formed heavy gauge steel mechanical fan component with contoured blades

single unusual old american industrial heavy gauge steel or possibly wrought iron factory machine fan components with highly contoured blades. the exact designer and/or fabricator is not known. the centrally located hubs with small circular openings retain the original oversized set screws for securing the units against a pipe. the two industrial components have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the heavy duty matching metal bases would make for an ideal coffee or side table, especially with the use of plate glass tabletops. base measures 25 x 25 x 5 inches.
