refinished c. 1880's antique american aesthetic movement ornamental cast iron passage size doorknob designed and fabricated by the penn hardware company, reading, pa. the doorknob contains a unique arrangement of floral motifs divided into four quadrants. the brushed metal finish has been treated with a cleat coat lacquer. measures approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter.
