original matching set of c. 1880's antique american fanciful cast brass interior residential doorknobs designed and fabricated by the hopkins & dickinson mfg. co., new york city, ny. the banded rim dome-shaped doorknobs were salvaged from the extant david c. cook mansion, located in elgin, il. the doorknobs contain a repeating floral rosette design motif accentuated with black enameled inlay. measure approximately 2 1/4 inches in diameter. priced for the set.
