c. 1900's original antique industrial american made three-legged ornamental cast iron draftsman stationary table base attributed to the eugene dietzgen co., chicago, il. the turned and tapered pedestal style base is accentuated with three lightly incised rings. the fanciful legs are free from cracks or breaks. the telescoping extension is fully adjustable to achieve desired height. the "mayline" company solid maple wood table top was added at a later time. the drawing board contains tilt and swivel capabilities. the brushed cast iron base has been treated with a clear coat lacquer. great overall condition.
