towering early 20th century antique america industrial salvaged chicago factory cold-rolled steel compartmentalized freestanding "berloy" locker with brushed metal finish

one of three matching original and oversized fully functional early 20th century antique american industrial heavy gauge cold-rolled steel riveted joint "berloy" brand locker designed and fabricated by the berger mfg. co., canton, oh. the heavily compartmentalized locker features 8 matching vertical doors with lockable hasps and/or handles and louvered vents. the top or overhead module has 2 rows of four compact units with diminutive hinged doors and louvered vents. this locker has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the original riveted joint metal number plaques are mounted firmly against each door. a total of three matching lockers in this exact configuration were salvaged from a south side chicago factory that specialized in the fabrication of automotive parts. the two others have a mostly uniform green paint finish. priced individually.
