original c. 1950' antique american industrial four-legged gunship gray enameled stationary stool designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, il. the stool contains a welded joint heel ring or footrest secured tightly to the slightly flared legs. the original backrest with a sprayed yellow paint finish is mounted with a bent steel bracket mounted along the underside of the seat. typical surface wear consistent with age. measures 14 x 14 x 24 inches.
