original and intact c. 1930's american vintage industrial heavy gauge cold-rolled steel factory workbench stool designed and fabricated by the angle steel stool co., plainwell, mi. the thoroughly refinished four-legged stool contains pre-drilled hole extensions for height adjustment purposes. the circular seat retains the original varnished masonite top tightly affixed to the seat. the contoured maple wood backrest is supported by two bent steel rods affixed to the underside of the seat. the riveted joint stretchers provide added support and stability. the brushed metal has been treated with a clear coat finish. seat height measures 27 inches.
