original diminutive antique american industrial stamped yellow brass single-sided factory freight elevator plaque designed and fabricated by or for the colley elevator company, chicago, ills. the c. 1918 flush mount metal sign plate has a nicely aged surface patina with the original baked black enameled inlay largely intact. the plaque contains two opposed holes for mounting purposes. measures 6 x 1 3/4 inches.
