original antique american industrial depression era cold-rolled steel riveted joint stackable storage bin designed and fabricated by the lyon metallic mfg. co., aurora, ill. the heavy duty bin contains undivided deep and spacious compartments for storage of materials. the stackable bin contains opposed solid bent steel rod drop handles for lifting purposes. the riveted seams are in great shape. the bin has been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. these bins were salvaged from the parisian novelty company factory, located on the south side of chicago. the factory and/or company specialized in the manufacture of advertising buttons and the like. more available. the bin measures 12 1/2 x 20 1/2 x 11 inches
