original c. 1950's american vintage industrial stackable lightweight oversized pressed and folded steel storage cabinet designed and fabricated by or for the p. & d. mfg. co., long island, ny. the all-metal cabinet contains two piano-hinged doors concealing an interior space with shelves designed to store ignition parts. the cabinet has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. faint traces of the company's logo evident on each of the hinged doors. great overall condition. only one available in this size and/or configuration. measures 32 1/2 x 11 1/2 x 29 inches.
