heavily reinforced and remarkably intact c. 1940's repurposed american vintage industrial heavy gauge steel low-lying coffee table salvaged from the specialty metal office furniture company factory, located in chicago, il. the solid steel four-legged table was originally a larger, mobile cart cut down for use as a coffee table. the all-welded joint angled legs are structurally sound and stable. the brushed and sanded metal finish has been treated with a clear coat lacquer. similar tables comprised of identical material available. measures 32 x 24 x 20 inches.
