very robust multi-purpose vintage american industrial repurposed side table or nightstand salvaged from a recently shuttered chicago paint factory. the exact fabricator is not known. likely dates to 1935-40. the diminutive stationary table or work stand is comprised of heavy gauge all-welded joint angled steel brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the four-legged table contains inward square-shaped "feet" or floor plates for added support and stability. the newly added tabletop and undershelf are comprised of recycled pine wood treated with a clear coat satin finish. measures 19 x 17 x 24 1/4 inches.
