original early 1920's american industrial reinforced angled steel four-legged adjustable height stool designed and fabricated by the angled steel stool company, plainwell, mich. the stool contains a distinctive riveted joint circular-shaped stretchers for added support and stability. the metal base has been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the original solid oak wood seat is supported by a solid threaded steel rod the moves up and down to achieve desired height. the wood seat has been lightly sanded and sealed. the factory stool is structurally sound. great overall condition. base measures 14 1/2 inches, seat height measures 21 3/4 inches, seat base diameter measures 11 inches.
