hard to find and highly sought after original late 19th century antique american industrial varnished oak wood fully adjustable drafting table designed and fabricated by the eugene dietzgen co., chicago, il. the architect's drawing board or drafting table is comprised entirely of wood joined together with metal bolts and pins. the "peerless" brand folding table can be configured or adjusted to any desired angle, height and so on. the cross-bracing and/or stretchers are in great shape. the notched legs show very little wear, considering age. the original varnished finish has been left untouched. remarkable craftsmanship throughout. the drawing table can be folded together when not in use for easy transport and storage. measures 55 x 36 x 47 inches.
