rare and highly sought after original early 20th century antique american industrial double-arm brass fully adjustable office desk lamp

exceptionally rare original antique american industrial faries double adjustable arm factory desk or table lamp designed and fabricated by the faries mfg. co., deactur, ills. the main support member is held in place with a tapered yellow brass base containing a cast iron weight. period trade catalogs (e.g., central electric co., etc) offered a similar fixture containing only one arm. the bryant pull-chain sockets have been rewired with period appropriate yellow rayon cloth cord. surface patina mostly uniform. the standard shade fitters retain their set screws. excellent overall condition, considering age.
