all original turn of the century antique american exterior church building flush mount brick wall grille or register designed and fabricated by the tuttle & bailey co, new york city, ny. the massive grille originally was outfitted with adjustable louvers to regulate air flow. the grille contains a mostly uniform black enameled finish. great overall condition considering age. measures 22 inches in diameter.
