original nicely worn and weathered c. 1940's american vintage industrial single-sided heavy gauge steel "look out for cars" danger or cautionary sign designed and fabricated by the stonehouse steel sign company, denver, co. the factory danger sign was salvaged from the a. finkl & sons foundry shortly before demolition. the manufacturer's markings are located on the bottom right corner. the steel grommets used to secure the mounting holes remain intact. measures 14 x 10 inches.
