refinished late 19th century original "ceylon" pattern interior residential passage door hardware salvaged from a chicago graystone two-flat undergoing demolition. the popular eastlake style hardware was designed and fabricated by the p. & f. corbin hardware co., new britain, ct. the matching rectangular-shaped backplates with intact thimbles are comprised of wrought brass. several sets (in various configurations) were salvaged from this historic chicago residence. priced for the pair. each escutcheon measures approximately 1 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches.
