hard to find early 20th century double-sided die cut steel "humpbacked" street sign removed long ago from the streets of kalamazoo, mi. the signpost street sign features "portage st." and "jackson st." in bold white lettering against a cobalt blue porcelain enameled background. the original steel or wrought iron bracket was removed long ago. the antique american street sign was likely fabricated by the indestructible sign co., columbus, oh. measures 21 1/4 x 11 inches.
