exceptionally ornate antique american victorian era cast iron wall-mount shelf bracket likely used to support as cash register or possibly an adding machine. the self-contained shelving unit features to opposed brackets replete with intricately designed filigree. the angled iron base and undershelf are tightly affixed to the brackets. the brushed metal finish has been treated with a clear coat lacquer. the exact fabricator is not known. measures 13 1/2 x 20 x 15 inches.
