nicely worn and weathered c. 1940's original american industrial die cut heavy gauge steel city of chicago cautionary "sharp left turn" traffic sign attributed to the indestructible street sign co., columbus, oh. the single-sided dimaond-shaped street sign contains a raised black border surrounding a centrally located directional arrow. the yellow enameled background surface surface wear and discoloration consistent with age. the traffic sign has two screw holes for mounting flush against a signpost. measures 33 x 33 inches.
