compact c. 1925 highton "registers and grilles" booklet catalog containing several illustrated warm air registers, ventilators, grilles, screens, borders and all "specialties" required for heating and ventilating homes and buildings. this softcover catalog features page after page of highly detailed illustrations and carefully drafted design specifications with prices included. the three staple-bound booklet remains completely intact with little to no wear. slight rust marks in the middle section is likely due to age and/or handling. william highton built the first highton warm air register in 1854. at the time of this catalog the company existed for nearly 71 years. the company was constantly adapting their original register to fit with newer architect's designs. the newest addition to their 1925 line included the new semi-steel register that "has an unusually strong and well constructed body, as it is electrically welded."
