single intact privy dug c.1880's-1890's light blue aqua glass hutchinson style blobtop soda bottle manufactured for h.w. tessendorff in chicago, il. the front body is embossed with the bottler's name and location around a central large open-lined "t" logo. crudities are typical of its age and date of manufacture, and discoloration, surface wear, or haze are typical of having been dug. the bottle retains a remnant of the original hutchinson internal spring stopper. seams evidence manufacture in a cup bottom mold.
