refinished c. 1950's original american industrial four-legged stationary factory machine shop stool designed and fabricated by lyon metal products inc., aurora, il. the adjustable height stool contains leg extensions with evenly-spaced holes for achieving desired height. the circular-shaped seat contains a slightly raised edge or rim, along with perforations for ventilation purposes. the slightly contoured backrest is secured tightly to the underside of the seat. the brushed and sanded metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the tubular steel legs are reinforced with a ring-like stretcher doubling as a footrest. great overall condition. only one available. base measures 15 inches, seat height measures 26 1/2 inches with back rest at 40 inches, seat diameter measures 14 inches.
