set of two original massive antique american industrial ornamental cast iron factory woodworking lathe machine legs or bases possibly designed and manufactured by the ober mfg. co., chagrin falls, oh. the two heavy duty curvaceous industrial machine bases have been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the machine legs were salvaged from a large door and sash-making factory building. the floor plates or "feet" are free from damage. great overall condition. very simple and clean lines throughout. priced for the pair. base diameter measures 28 inches x 4 1/2 inches, top measures 13 inches x 4 inches, total height measures 44 1/4 inches.
