original and intact american depression era richly colored ruby red glass new old stock "vaporlight" glass globe designed and distributed by the crouse-hinds, co., syracuse, ny. the oversized red glass globe retains the original cardboard box used for transport. the impact-resistant globe or "jar" is free from cracks or breaks. the fixture and its box were salvaged from an old hardware store. only one available. measures 4 1/4 in diameter x 9 1/2 inches high.
