completely refinished and fully functional hard to find salvaged chicago wall-mount cast iron toilet paper holder designed and fabricated by the a.w.p. paper company, albany, ny. the heavy duty toilet paper holder was salvaged from a chicago commerical building built in the late 19th century. the brushed metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat finish.
