original fully functional antique american victorian era ornamental cast iron residential entrance chain bolt possibly fabricated by russell & erwin or the p. & f. corbin company. the chain, bolt and smaller escutcheon retain the original copper-plated finish. the larger and slotted catch contains slight traces of the electroplated finish. the flush mount door chain bolt is free from cracks or breaks. the components have been refinished and sealed with a cleat coat lacquer. priced for the assembly.
