SKU: UR-19521-14
original c. 1920's reinforced red painted antique american industrial low-lying stool fabricated by the angle steel stool company, plainwell, mich. the heavily modified stool contains welded joint legs added at some unknown point in time. the backrest was removed as well. clearly these modifications were done by a factory machinist who wanted a stool "design" to his/her liking. the distressed red paint finish enhances the stool and reaffirms its age in a factory setting. the circular-shaped seat is made of solid oak wood with a slightly sunken center. the industrial stool was salvaged from a chicago tool and die shop. measures approximately 13 x 13 x 21 1/2 inches.
