original hard to find and highly sought after early 20th century ornamental cast bronze "three feathered indian" doorknob likely used in a commercial building or hotel. features a highly detailed bust of a native american in costume surrounding by graduating circles. the doorknob was fabricated by the sargent hardware co., new haven, ct. the original yellow brass "wash" or plating remains largely intact. two doorknobs available (slightly different surface patinas).
