all original and intact freestanding antique american industrial soda fountain or ice cream parlor stools purportedly salvaged from the drake hotel's "italian room" long ago. the three matching stools were designed and fabricated by albert pick & company, chicago, ill. the cast iron bases have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the original solid oak wood swivel seats retain the original mounting brackets for attachment to the bases. a total of five stools were discovered. the asking price is for the lot of three. measures 30 inches high. seats are 11 inches in diameter.
