large lot of nicely detailed early 20th century copper-plated cast iron elongated oval-shaped interior residential doorknob backplates. fabricated around 1900-10 by the barrows hardware co., lockport, il. the "arcadia" pattern backplates feature intricate scrolled floriation in deep relief. measure approximately 7 1/4 x 2 1/2 inches. priced for the lot.
