gargantuan pre-chicago fire interior residential painted pine wood sliding parlor or pocket doors with built-up molding

matching set of towering c. 1860's antique american interior residential sliding parlor or pocket doors salvaged from a chicago italianate style residence built around 1865. the recessed panel doors are comprised of yellow pine wood originally finished with a detailed faux oak wood grain paint finish. the doors were later painted olive green sometime during the 1880's. the old white porcelain doorknobs were removed long ago. the doors were hidden away in their respective pockets since 1900. structurally sound and intact. fabricated by the palmer, fuller & co., chicago, il. each door measures 3' x 9'. priced for the pair.
