oversized rectangular-shaped ornamental wrought iron exterior hotel building window guard designed and fabricated by the dearborn foundry, chicago, ills. the weathered black enameled finish remains largely intact. the structurally sound and stable guard dates to around 1888-1895. great overall condition.
