original c. 1930's spun aluminum machine age american depression era single light table lamp with original pyramidal-shaped clip-on shade. the streamlined style table lamp retains the original finish, with copper and black enameled accent. the ball finial is original to the fixture. the exhibits a visually striking series of "speed rings" consistent with the period. the table or desk lamp socket has been rewired. exact fabricator unknown, but similar in style to lamps made by chase, markel, etc.
