very desirable and sought after all original antique american depression era art deco style "batwing" style interior residential ceiling fixture or wall sconce "slipper" shade designed and manufactured by or for the mid-west chandelier co., kansas city, mo. the uniquely shaped pressed glass slip shade retains the original baked enameled white satin finish with orange accent (outlining the recessed regions). the wonderfully designed and well-executed pressed glass shade remains in good condition, with surface wear evident. ideal replacement for a broken and/or missing shade needed to complete a fixture. identical shades available. 5 inches x 4 inches x 7 1/2 inches.
