all original early 20th century american industrial reinforced brushed iron barn trolley rope pulley consisting of a single sheave and oversized hook. the vintage farm implement was likely fabricated by the louden machinery co., fairfield, ia. traces of an older (possibly original) red paint finish remains intact. this rather versatile and compact device can be used in conjunction with a repurposed light fixture, etc.
