all original and amazingly intact early 20th century golden oak wood freestanding bohn syphon refrigerator or icebox fabricated by or for the bohn refrigerator company, st. paul, mn. the heavily reinforced oak wood residential refrigerator is lined with a sanitary white porcelain enameled interior with intact adjustable shelves. the cabinet door handles and hinges are original and intact. the rear door contains original hinges and handle similar to the ones mounted on the front. the antique american refrigerator was discovered in a house undergoing demoliton. the oversized cabinet had not been touched since the early 1960's.
