all original set of interior residential salvaged chicago 19th century 6 x 6 inch majolica tiles featuring cattails. the tile assemblage was designed and fabricated by the american encaustic tile company, zanesville, oh. the tiles have been carefully cleaned with mortar removed from the backside of each tile. would display well framed against a wall.
