c. 1880's american eastlake style ornamental cast brass "geometric" pattern oversized doorknob designed and fabricated by f.c. linde & co.,c resskill, n.j. the unusually shaped entrance size doorknob features floral rosettes within a pleasing arrangement of overlapping geometric shapes. the backside of the doorknob carries a completely different or contrasting design scheme. the dome-shaped version is more frequently found. partially intact black enameled inlay. mostly uniform surface patina. measures approximately 2 1/8 inches in diameter.
