all original american made structurally sound and intact industrial "hallowell" mobile factory supply cart designed and fabricated by the standard pressed steel co., jenkintown, pa. the four-legged three-tier cart is comprised of heavy gauge pressed and folded steel brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a cleat coat lacquer. contains nut and bolt assembly. the single sliding drawer with deeply recessed handle or pull works with ease. each tier contains a four-sided railguard. the original swivel casters are in excellent working condition. measures 28 x 20 x 35 inches.
