uniquely designed american industrial repurposed stationary sitting bench supported by marching early 20th century cast iron factory machine bases. the exact fabricator is not known. the curvaceous bases contain protruding collars for mounting a single solid steel stretcher bar or post. the foot pads contains opposed holes for mounting firmly against the floor. each cast iron base or leg measures 23 x 5 3/4 x 21 3/4 inches. the newly added solid walnut wood bench top is fastened tightly against the two bases. the oversized heavy gauge pipe makes for an ideal foot rest. the metal components (i.e., bases and pipe) have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. two sets of bases available. measures approximately 48 x 24 x 23 1/2 inches.
