original and intact c. 1910-20 american vintage industrial factory office adding machine table base or stand possibly fabricated by or for the wetmore adding machine co., detroit, mi. the reinforced mobile stand is comprised largely of interconnected steel pipe fastened together with ornamental cast iron pipe fittings or joints. the bent tubular legs retains the original solid steel rollers. the brushed metal finish has been treated with a clear coat sealant. measures 16 x 11 x 30 inches.
