pair of original early 20th century antique american industrial cast iron factory machine shop bench or work table bases or legs designed and fabricated by the w.a. jones foundry & mach co., chicago, il. the two robust bases or legs have been thoroughly cleaned with a uniform metallic gray finish the two cast iron legs were salvaged from a recently shuttered chicago factory machine shop. the top and bottom of each base contains pre-drilled holes for a tabletop and anchoring against the floor. priced for the pair. measures 28 1/4 x 5 x 31 1/2 inches.
