single 19th century antique american interior residential passage door cast brass "broken leaf" pattern doorknob with matching rosette. both pieces of door hardware were designed and fabricated by the lockwood mfg. co., south norwalk, ct. the doorknob exhibits a popular design pattern used during the 1880's the drum-shaped doorknob contains a banded rim. the matching rosette has two opposed screw holes for mounting purposes. priced for the rosette and doorknob combined.
