c. 1930-33 american art deco interior residential flush mount wall sconce fabricated by the r. williamson co., chicago, il. the original polychrome enameled finish remains largely intact. the fixture is typically paired with pressed glass shades with baked orange enameled accent, designed and patented by the beardslee chandelier mfg. co., chicago, il. the original leviton socket with rayon cloth cord remains in excellent working condition. the on/off dial switch is original to the sconce. the fixture is comprised of heavy cast iron with multiple manufacturer markings lightly embossed above the socket. shade not included.
