original c. 1950's american mid-century modern signed thonet molded and/or bentwood plywood side chair with original "one park avenue" paper label and stapled tag found along the underside. the stationary four-legged chair retains the original brilliantly colored robin's egg blue padded naugahyde seat cushion and backrest. the chair was salvaged from a notable chicago foundry administration building office. the upholstered side chair remains in good condition, considering age. the chair was fabricated by thonet industries inc., new york city, ny. measures 16 1/2 x 17 1/2 x 17 1/2 inches. height with backrest measures 30 inches.
