two original and nearly identical early 20th century antique american heavy duty cast iron punch shear machine bases designed and fabricated by or for the badger state machine co., janesville, wisc. each base contains an arch top opening (one greater than the other). the square-shaped feet or floor plates are free from damage. the factory machine shop bases have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. priced for the pair. each base measures 14 x 5 1/2 x 22 inches.
