well-maintained original late 19th or early 20th century antique american victorian era interior residential lavatory or bathroom water closet or toilet with restored varnished oak wood tank containing intact copper liner. the vitreous china toilet contains a solid oak wood seat and cover. the toilet bowl is amazing intact, with surface crazing evident. the solid oak wood contains the original beveled edge lid or top, which isn't often found on most tanks. the price reflects the bowl and copper-lined tank. the water closet was possibly fabricated by or for l. wolff, chicago, ills.
